Vanessa McGrath

Vanessa McGrath is a Senior Principal in Strategic Consulting at Jacobs, where responsibilities include developing growth strategies focused on climate response and energy transition in the ANZ and APME regions. Previously, Vanessa served as Director of Operations and Section Leader in various strategic roles, fostering innovation and inclusion within diverse teams. Vanessa has a strong background in sustainability and engineering, having managed multiple initiatives at organizations such as TM Consultants Ltd and New Zealand Green Building Council. In addition to professional roles, Vanessa is a part-time Farm Manager at Gullaren Partners, where involvement includes livestock and pasture management. Educational qualifications include dual degrees in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Master’s in Environmental and Energy Management from several European institutions.
