Will Bowers

Will Bowers is a Senior Carbon Consultant at Jacobs, with a strong background in carbon management and sustainability. Previously, Will served as a Carbon Advisor at Balfour Beatty plc, where notable achievements included leading the successful PAS 2080 verification and designing the company's first Carbon Management System. Will contributed as the carbon lead on significant projects, such as the A66 mega-project, and played a key role as co-chair of the Balfour Beatty Group Carbon Management Action Group. Additional contributions to industry decarbonisation guidance were made through the Chartered Institute for Highways & Transportation. Will's career began with roles as an Environment & Sustainability Advisor and Graduate at Balfour Beatty VINCI, and an HSEE Intern at Cummins Inc. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Environmental Science from The University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Energy Policy from the University of Sussex.
