Jacob's Ladder Rehabilitation
Erin Crews is an OTR with experience in early intervention and outpatient pediatric practice at Jacobs Ladder in NWI. Erin is also an Occupational Therapist at Jacob's Ladder Pediatric Rehab and a graduate student alumni of University of New England with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Erin has also worked as a substitute teacher, caseworker, and Zumba instructor, showcasing a diverse professional background.

Jacob’s Ladder Rehabilitation is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive therapy and supplemental care for children in need. We partner with families, communities, and health care providers to help children reach their full potential. We are accountable to our patients, donors, and partners – treating everyone with integrity and respect. We envision a community where no child with developmental delays or special needs goes without comprehensive and affordable rehabilitation services in order to grow into the best version of themselves. This will be accomplished by further educating our community on the benefits of early childhood intervention and encouraging those who share similar values to join us in achieving this vision.
