Cari Kraft has over 30 years of experience in the business world. Cari began their career in 1985 as Manager of Program Development at Strategic Management Group, Inc., a $20M Executive Training organization. During their time there, they designed and developed a computer-based food chain simulation, a Working Capital Management Course, and delivered numerous training sessions for Fortune 1000 clients in the areas of finance, strategic planning, and marketing. In 1987, Kraft became Manager at Packard Press, a privately held financial printing company. During their time there, they created an online process for printing 12x19 insurance company annual statements and built and managed a 3 shift, 50 person operation to print insurance company annual statements. In 1989, Kraft became Managing Director of Mid-Sized Enterprises for an IT Consulting Firm, Omicron. During their time there, they continually exceeded revenue targets for mid-sized enterprise practice. In 2005, Kraft became President of Jacobs Management Group, Inc., a certified WBENC women's business enterprise and an executive recruiting firm focused on the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and technology fields. In 2014, Kraft became Publisher of Healthcare Sales & Marketing Magazine, a digital magazine dedicated exclusively to healthcare industry marketing & sales professionals across all of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Diagnostics.
Cari Kraft attended The Wharton School from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a BSE in Decision Sciences. During this time, they also attended the University of Pennsylvania and obtained a BA in Economics. In 1984, they completed coursework at L'Universite de Compiegne in Economics and French.
