Ryan Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and learning and management science solutions. Ryan is currently working as a Human Resources Benefits Manager at Jacobsen Construction since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Supplemental Health Care from 2007 to 2019, where they held multiple roles including Benefits Manager, Corporate Recruiting Manager, Human Resource Generalist, and Human Resources Administrator. Ryan also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Utah Retirement Systems in 2007. Additionally, in their earlier career, Ryan worked as an Analyst at Turtle Rattle Learning from 2004 to 2006, where they contributed to the development and evaluation of learning and management science solutions for the US Navy.

Ryan Richards holds an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University, which they completed between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2003. Their secondary education was completed at East High School in 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ryan has also obtained several certifications, including Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in September 2022, a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2016, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2013.
