Delano David Massey is a retired United States Army JAG Corps warrior who has over 20+ years of experience owning and operating various businesses across the country. Delano David began their career in 1994 as a Law Department in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. In 2004, they became the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of JACOB'S EYE Group, overseeing a first class group of senior executives. In 2008, Delano worked in Development and Production for NBCUniversal, Inc. on numerous film and television projects. In 2012, they became the Producer and Assistant Awards Show Director for NuOpp, Inc. and in 2013 they became the Executive-in-Charge of Production, Producer, and Stage Director for The Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation. In 2013, they also became the Entertainment Business Development Executive for Maandi Media Holdings International, Ltd. In 2016, Delano founded Fresh District, LLC, a company that promotes agriculture innovation and education. In 2014, they founded ForThePpl.org, a non-profit organization focused on bringing about positive change in the world.

Delano David Massey received their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Management from Hawaii Pacific University between 1998 and 2000. Delano David then attended Georgia State University from 2003 to 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Directing and Theatrical Production. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the New York Film Academy, where they earned a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Filmmaking / Performance Studies. Finally, in 2009 and 2010, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a Graduate Certificate in Screenwriting.
