Allende Torrecilla is a skilled professional with extensive experience in operations and visitor services within the tourism and cultural sectors. Currently serving as a Groups Operations Executive at JacTravel since February 2022, Allende is responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of group operations by creating detailed itineraries and coordinating various services. Prior roles include working as a Visitor Experience Assistant with Artisan People Limited, where Allende gained experience at prestigious venues in London, and in visitor services at The British Museum, focusing on enhancing visitor experiences and ensuring safety.
