Jim Schrank has over 30 years of experience in sales and account management. Jim began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Sales Representative from 1982 to 1984, and then worked at Polaroid as an Account and District Manager from 1985 to 1989. At Mattel, they held various roles from 1989 to 2008, including Senior Account Executive, Regional Manager, and National Account Director. During their time at Mattel, they successfully managed multimillion-dollar businesses, secured key accounts, and implemented aggressive promotional plans. Jim also worked at LeapFrog as a National Account Director from 2003 to 2006, where they managed the hyper-growth of educational products and secured premium positioning in stores. From 2006 to 2008, they returned to Mattel as a National Account Director. Jim then worked at Smith and Tinker as a Director of Sales from 2008 to 2009, where they secured accounts with major retailers for new game concepts. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Director of Sales, Little Tikes at MGA Entertainment, where they created a successful roadshow and increased SKU count. Jim then worked at Universal Athletic as a Team Sales representative in 2013, assisting customers and meeting the needs of youth athletic associations. Jim later joined Funrise Toy Corp as a Director of Sales in 2013, before moving to their current role as VP of Sales at Jada Toys in 2014.
Jim Schrank attended Millikin University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources. Jim also completed a minor in Psychology during their time at the university.
