Paul Achar

Paul Achar has extensive work experience in the field of applied human communication. Paul is the founder and CEO of Jade Communications ltd, a leading center for applied human communication training and consulting. Paul'sexpertise includes communication strategy design, executive speech coaching, policy advisory, and creating and coordinating communication consulting teams. Paul has also worked as an executive communication coach to leaders and as a guest lecturer at Strathmore Business School. Paul has held roles as a strategic communications consultant at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and as a communication faculty leader in the public finance sector. Additionally, Paul has served as a founding partner and lead communication consultant at the Africa Centre for Ideas and Dialogue Program. Paul has provided communication training to various organizations and has worked as a communication and speech consultant to Kenyan Cabinet Secretaries. Paul is currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at Strathmore Business School.

Paul Achar attended Daystar University from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Communications. Paul then went on to the University of Nairobi, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.
