Amarnath Agarwal

Amarnath Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Jade Global since April 2024, Amarnath has previously held significant roles such as Partner in M&A at KrayMan Consultants LLP and Head of M&A at Fusion CX. With a strong foundation in deal origination and execution, Amarnath has contributed to cross-border M&A at Zensar Technologies and played key roles in buy-side and sell-side projects at InterGlobe Enterprises. Earlier career stages include Vice President of M&A at Wodehouse Capital Advisors and Associate Director at RCC Ventures, where interactions with executive management facilitated deals in technology and renewable energy.
