David Barclay

David Barclay is the Managing Director and Principal of B4 Capital, LLC, a private investment company which invests in a diverse portfolio of asset classes. Mr. Barclay previously served for more 12 years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Republic Services, Inc., a non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal company listed on the NYSE. While at Republic Services, Inc. Mr. Barclay led a high profile legal department that was instrumental in the company’s growth from less than US$1 billion of revenue in 1997 to US$3.5 billion in revenue at the time the company completed a merger with Allied Waste Industries in 2008 valued at over US$9 billion. Mr. Barclay graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University Law School with a Juris Doctorate, holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.
