Eklavya Gupta is an experienced Solutions Architect and Engineering Leader with a strong background in managing development teams and overseeing solution architecture across various industries, including insurance and health. Currently serving as Solutions Architect People Lead at Jade Software Corporation, Eklavya previously held significant roles as Head of Engineering & Solution Architecture at Integrity Life and Cartula International, where responsibilities included managing teams, ensuring project delivery, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. With expertise in Agile methodology, Eklavya has successfully led multiple critical projects and enhanced operational efficiencies throughout a diverse career spanning over 19 years in organizations such as PwC, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Sapient. Eklavya holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
