Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Jadex Inc. is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and wellbeing initiatives across the company's 19 facilities. The team, led by the Chief Human Resources Officer, ensures effective recruitment, retention, and development of approximately 1,800 employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment. They also coordinate employee benefits, health and wellbeing programs, and provide support and guidance on HR policies and compliance.
