Kevin Ducey

Kevin Ducey has a diverse work experience in various audio-related positions. Kevin started their career as a Luthier Assistant at Subway Guitars in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as a Curatorial Development Intern at Blank Forms. From 2016 to 2018, Kevin worked at Bennington College in multiple roles, including Shuttle Driver, Student Center Event Manager, and Recording Studio Assistant.

In 2018, Kevin joined Spirit Shop of Williamstown as a Retail Associate, where they handled various responsibilities. Kevin then worked as an AV Technician at PSAV from 2019 to 2020, providing technical AV presentation services in a hospitality environment.

Kevin joined the Academy of Art University in 2020 as a Music Lab Technician, assisting students and faculty with equipment and technical issues. In 2022, they worked as a Podcast Audio Engineer, Audio Editor, and Audio Post-Production Contractor for 80s TV Ladies Podcast at 134 West.

Their most recent work experience is at Jadu, where they have held two roles. From January 2022 to November 2022, Kevin worked as the sole employee in the sound design department, creating audio assets for the Jadu mobile application. Since November 2022, they have been working as a Sound Designer, collaborating with various teams and interfacing with the Engineering team to develop spatial audio systems.
