Noelia Arquero González has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the architecture and retail industry. Noelia is currently employed at Jaeger-LeCoultre as the Head of Store Design Planning & Visual Merchandising. Prior to this, they worked as the Store Design Planning Manager - Retail Architect at Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Before joining Jaeger-LeCoultre, Noelia held positions at Puig, where they served as the Retail Architect - InStore Manager - Global Travel Retail from 2019 to 2021. Noelia also worked as the Retail Architect - InStore Manager - Travel Retail Europe from 2015 to 2018 and as the Retail Architect - In-Store Executive - Travel Retail Europe from 2014 to 2015.

Noelia also gained experience as a freelance architect from 2012 to 2015 and worked at Pich Architects as a Senior Project Architect from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked at XVA - Xavier Vilalta Architects as a Project Leader from 2009 to 2012.

Noelia's early career includes a role at Iter Arquitectura as a Junior Project Architect from 2008 to 2009, where they were involved in designing and drawing architecture proposals for national competitions and developing basic and executive projects.

Noelia also completed an internship at Artigas Arquitectes as an Architect from 2007 to 2008.

Noelia Arquero González completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2010 at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they earned a degree in Architectural Design and Urbanism. Noelia then pursued further studies from 2011 to 2012 at Universitat Ramon Llull, obtaining a master's degree in Sustainable Architecture and Energy Efficiency.
