Sacha Grosjean (He)

Sacha Grosjean is a seasoned industrialization project manager with over 6 years of experience in the luxury watch industry, currently working at Jaeger-LeCoultre. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in the development and industrialization of new products, with a focus on cost, quality, and on-time delivery. His expertise includes design for manufacturing/assembly, project engineering, cost management, and leadership of transverse teams.

In his current role as Industrialization Project Manager for New Products, Sacha serves as the method reference for the development of new products (movement and watch), challenging the design and the industrialization of new products (Design For Manufacturing/Assembly). He manages transverse industrialization teams, both internal and external, ensuring cost, quality, and on-time delivery. Sacha also monitors project budgets and resources, as well as the industrial cost price of new products.

Prior to his current role, Sacha held various positions at Jaeger-LeCoultre, where he gained experience in coordinating and piloting industrialization progress, monitoring costs, and participating in design reviews. He also has experience in process improvement, optimization of production processes, and quality control.

Sacha began his career as a manufacturing engineer in the watch industry, where he gained hands-on experience in conventional and CNC machining, assembly, and adjustment of watch components. He also has experience in the aerospace industry, where he worked on a proof of concept project for the transmission of manufacturing and assembly instructions to collaborators.
