Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali is the current Head of Administration at Jaffer Group of Companies. Muhammad has also worked as a Project Management Trainee at Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers and as a Planning Engineer and Project Coordinator at Bodino Srl.

At Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers, Muhammad was responsible for coordinating and providing disposition and solutions to the engineering department for unforeseen challenges in field operations and Quality Control/Assurance activities with the onsite authorities. Muhammad also organized, attended and participated in meetings with the Client, Stakeholders and Sub-Contractors, collected requirements and documented important actions and decisions from the meetings.

At Bodino Srl, Muhammad was the lead planner and coordinator under the authority of the Project Manager and Construction Manager for Architectural Finishes Package of 17 underground metro stations of Cityringen Metro in Copenhagen, Denmark. Muhammad regularly updated and maintained Working Schedule in coordination with design, procurement and construction teams; and other sub-contractors. Muhammad prepared technical & administrative reports and presentation materials for managers, prepared look-ahead schedules, developed what-if schedules and performed schedule risk analysis to envisage interference and aid focus of Managers on critical areas.

Muhammad has achieved many things throughout their career. Muhammad developed and regularly updated Project Schedule with 4 levels of WBS and 5000+ activities, with resource and cost loading in Primavera P6. Muhammad also reduced invoicing timeline by 16% through establishing an enriched

Muhammad Ali has a Project Leadership Certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Project Management. Muhammad also has a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from the Politecnico di Torino, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila. Muhammad is certified by the World Education Services in Verified International Academic Qualifications, the Government of Alberta in FOIP, and the Pakistan Engineering Council in Registered Engineer. Muhammad also has a Diploma in Surveying from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, and certification from the University of Cambridge in the International English Language Testing System.
