Thomas Payne

Thomas Payne has a diverse work experience in the field of rehabilitation. Thomas started their career as a Home Health based OTR at Heritage Home Health & Hospice in 2013. Thomas then transitioned into travel/contract work assignments as a Supervising OTR at various companies, including Therapy Partners, Ohio, ProStep Rehab, Covenant Care, Senior Rehab Solutions, Functional Pathways, Concept Rehab Inc, and Blue Sky Therapy. In these roles, Thomas supervised COTAs and utilized different documentation systems such as Rehab Optima, Casamba, and Point Click Care. In 2015, Thomas joined Genesis Rehab Services as a Supervising OTR - Traveler/Contractor, where they had a travel assignment at Troy Center, OH with PRN/float status to New Lebanon Center, OH. Currently, Thomas works as the Director of Rehabilitation at JAG Healthcare LLC since October 2019.

Thomas Payne earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Shawnee State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Thomas then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist at the same university, graduating in 2012.
