Chuck Zahn began their work experience in 1992 at Jagemann Stamping Company, where they held various roles. Chuck started as a Press Technician and later became a Team Leader and then a Production Coordinator. From December 2008 to May 2012, they worked as an Account Management Coordinator, where they provided informational services to customers and addressed their concerns. In May 2012, they were promoted to Supervisor - Customer Service, responsible for providing leadership coordination, setting up new customer accounts, and managing inside sales. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Service Manager at Jagemann Stamping Company. In 2012, they also started working as a Tournament Fishing Angler for Tournament Walleye Angling, where their mission is to promote and teach anglers while promoting products and services of potential sponsors.

Chuck Zahn obtained their high school diploma from Valders High School in 1986. Following this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1987 to 1989. Chuck then pursued a degree in Supervisory Management at Lakeshore Technical College from 1999 to 2002. In 2004, they acquired a license as a United States Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer, specializing in Charter Captain, and has continued their work in this field since then.
