Cheryl Lane

Cheryl Lane is a Senior Player Support Systems Developer at Jagex, where involvement includes building internal tools for the support team with a focus on front-end web technologies like React and maintaining a suite of internal Zendesk Apps since May 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist at Spotify from October 2014 to April 2015, and as a Customer Service Advisor at Hamilton Lodge in Cambridge from October 2012 to April 2014. Cheryl Lane holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marine Biology and Animal Behaviour from Anglia Ruskin University, completed between 2011 and 2014, and is a graduate of Cowes Enterprise College, where studies were conducted from 2006 to 2011.
