Keeley Vaughan-Davies

Keeley Vaughan-Davies is an accomplished HR executive, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Jagex since March 2023. Previously, Keeley held the same title at DOCOMO Digital from February 2020 to December 2022, being an integral part of the executive leadership team during the company's growth after its divestment from NTT DOCOMO. Keeley's extensive experience includes over seven years at MoneyGram International, where the role of Global Head of HR encompassed overseeing a workforce of 2,800 employees across 21 markets, leading significant initiatives in business expansion and HR transformation. Earlier career roles included various recruitment positions in the UK, UAE, and New Zealand, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational restructuring. Keeley holds CIPD qualifications and is a Chartered Fellow in Human Resources Management from Kristin College.
