District Operations Manager at Jago Coffee

Fariz Nugroho has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Fariz started their career in 2009 as a Trainee at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur, gaining valuable experience in the Kitchen Department. In 2010, they became a Team Leader at PT Maicih Inti Sinergi, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, Fariz joined The St. Regis Abu Dhabi as a Commis Chef for a year. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Qatar Airways in Ground Services. Currently, they hold the position of District Operations Manager at Jago Coffee since April 2021.

Fariz Nugroho pursued their first diploma in Food Production Management at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 2008 to 2011. After that, they enrolled at Universitas Terbuka, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Fariz obtained certifications in Tea Gastronomy from Dilmah Tea in November 2015 and in Aviation Security Awareness, Basic Hygiene & Safety for Food and Beverage, Customer First Program, and HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor from Qatar Airways, although the exact dates of completion for the latter certifications are not specified.
