Andrew Whitworth

Andrew Whitworth is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Battery/Circular Economy Manager at Jaguar Land Rover since June 2013. In this role, Andrew leads the company's strategy for battery end of life and circular economy initiatives, focusing on battery aggregation, triage, reuse, and recycling. Prior to this, Andrew held positions such as ADAS Module Leader for the Jaguar I-Pace, where Andrew managed the introduction of advanced autonomous driving systems, and as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for the Land Rover Discovery 5, where Andrew oversaw the development of tooling and fixtures. Andrew's prior experience includes roles at Veolia Environnement and Ricardo, where Andrew contributed to the production and manufacturing of specialized vehicles and water testing products. Andrew holds a degree in Automotive & Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.
