Claire Parker

Claire Parker currently serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Jaguar Land Rover since April 2023. Previously, Claire held the position of Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at BRITVIC PLC from November 2018 to April 2023. Claire's extensive HR background includes key roles at T-Systems in the UK as Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Acting HR Director, as well as HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed managing senior relationships and high-level strategy development. Claire also served as an HR Business Partner at Getronics and Accenture, specializing in reward and remuneration, and has a solid foundation in HR analytics and project management stemming from earlier positions at Cable & Wireless and Argos Distributed Limited.
