Elio Raineri

Elio Raineri is an Interaction Designer at JLR since September 2023, specializing in the human-centered design process for the in-vehicle user experience of future electric vehicles, with a focus on Instrument Cluster, HUD, haptic feedback, and entry/exit experience. Prior experience includes UX Designer roles at Mercedes-Benz AG, contributing to the 2024 E-Class "Routine" vehicle app, and at IBM, where Elio redesigned the Storage Group feature of IBM Z mainframe management software. Additionally, Elio served as a Teaching Assistant at Politecnico di Milano, aiding Master's students in interactive prototype development, and worked at Reply as a UX Designer, creating features for internal websites and employee engagement campaigns. Elio holds a Master's degree in Digital and Interaction Design and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design - Interior Design, both from Politecnico di Milano.
