Previously, James held leadership roles at Bentley Motors Ltd, including Head of Marketing for the Americas and Head of Marketing & Public Relations for Asia, where responsibilities encompassed strategic marketing initiatives across multiple regions. James's career also includes positions at Group Lotus, focusing on sales, marketing, and public relations. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Staffordshire.
