John Hands

John Hands has extensive experience at Jaguar Land Rover, having served in various roles since February 1994, including Global Sourcing Process Manager and Purchasing Program Manager. John also held positions such as Senior Coordinator in Programme Planning and Paint Shop Associate, demonstrating a broad skill set in vehicle launch and sourcing processes. From March 2015 to March 2023, John served as Global Sourcing Process Factory Manager. In earlier years, John was a Programme Planner - Analyst from February 2001 to February 2005. Educationally, John earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University between 2004 and 2007.
