John Hoyland

John Hoyland has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Jaguar Land Rover since January 1994. Currently serving as Global IT Infrastructure Manager, John has also held the position of IT Strategy Manager, focusing on HR technology strategy and implementation. Previous roles include IT Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operational management at the Land Rover Solihull manufacturing plant, global deployment of corporate finance applications, and internal consultancy on business transformation projects. John began his career as a Business Analyst at Land Rover from September 1988 to December 1993 and holds an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Warwick and a BSc (Hons) in Materials Technology from Coventry University.
