Kartikeya Gupta

Kartikeya Gupta is a graduate mechanical engineer currently working at Jaguar Land Rover since July 2023, contributing to squads focused on enabling autonomous driving and semiconductor physical architecture. Prior to this role, Kartikeya served as Associate Head of the Science and Technology Council at IIT Kanpur from April 2022 to April 2023, overseeing a large team and managing a significant budget while supervising diverse scientific and technological activities. Kartikeya gained initial experience as an engineering graduate intern at Jaguar Land Rover in 2022, where optimization work on roll stability control systems and the development of a GUI tool in MATLAB App Designer were key contributions. Additionally, Kartikeya completed a research internship at IIT Kanpur, focused on piezoelectric braking systems, and held a coordinator position in the Programming Club, mentoring various software development projects. Kartikeya holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and completed the AISSCE at Delhi Public School.
