Kate Savigar

Kate Savigar has over two decades of experience in human resources and international assignment services, currently serving as Head of HR, Vehicle, Software, and Electrical Engineering at Jaguar Land Rover since October 2011. In this role, Kate leads HR Direct Shared Service to enhance service delivery for customers and the business. Previously, Kate held various senior HR positions at Jaguar Land Rover, including overseeing a team of over 50 HR professionals and managing global performance and engagement processes. Prior to joining Jaguar Land Rover, Kate worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in International Assignment Services, managing international tax compliance for FTSE 250 clients, and at Arthur Andersen specializing in expatriate tax. Kate's career began at Sainsbury’s as a Manager in a graduate program. Kate holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Birmingham and a Graduate Certificate in Organisation Development from the University of Sussex.
