Mike Caplen

Mike Caplen is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and program management, currently holding positions as Program Manager, Engineering Delivery Manager, and Business Manager for Vehicle Programmes at JLR. Previously, Mike served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Alstom Power. Mike Caplen holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Design Engineering from the University of Bath, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, obtained in 2010.
