Nilabza Dutta

Nilabza Dutta CEng, FIMechE, APMP is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in vehicle efficiency and thermal management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist in Vehicle Efficiency Integration at Jaguar Land Rover since December 2021, Nilabza leads a team focused on advancing vehicle efficiency through innovative technology and processes. Prior roles at Jaguar Land Rover include Technical Specialist in Thermal Energy Management and Team Leader for Thermal Product Attributes, where responsibilities encompassed thermal efficiency improvements and vehicle performance for electrified and hybrid vehicles. Earlier experience includes positions at Ricardo as a Senior Engineer in Thermal Systems and roles at Hero MotoCorp Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Automotive Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Engineering from Gauhati University, with ongoing PhD studies in Thermofluids at Loughborough University.
