Sohini Sinha

Sohini Sinha currently serves as the Chief People Officer at JLR TBSI since April 2025, focusing on building thriving workplaces. Previously, Sohini was Head of Organisational Change and Development at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. from January 2021 to August 2025, leading initiatives on culture, leadership excellence, and diversity and inclusion. Earlier roles include Head of Learning, Leadership Development, and Talent Management at Tata Electronics, and Head of Titan Learning Academy at Titan Company Limited, where Sohini established an online learning platform. Additional experience includes consulting at the Tata Management Training Centre and various HR roles at Microsoft, Wipro, Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank. Sohini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of Business Studies.
