Steve Thomas is an experienced quality management professional with a diverse background in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and transportation. Currently serving as EP Central Quality Manager at Jaguar Land Rover since May 2023, Steve previously held roles such as Head of Quality at Néos Superform and Quality Manager at CAD CAM Automotive. Significant experience includes leading quality activities for the LOTRAIN Rolling Stock and Services Project at Bombardier Transportation and managing a team of twelve Quality Engineers at Lockheed Martin. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering earned at Coventry Technical College, Steve has consistently contributed to high-profile projects for clients including the UK Ministry of Defense and has a demonstrated ability to enhance quality management frameworks across multiple organizations.
