Alexandre Pavilanis has extensive work experience in various managerial roles focused on organizational development, human resources, and innovation. Alexandre currently works as the Manager of Organizational Development at Jaguar Plásticos since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Organizational Development and EHS at Emicol Brasil from January 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining Emicol Brasil, Alexandre worked as a Management Partner at LB Desenvolvimento Empresarial from July 2016 to December 2016. From January 2014 to June 2016, they worked as the HR Manager and Organizational Development Manager at Transdata, where they implemented strategic HR practices and managed the innovation area.
