Dan joined Jaguar in 2013 as a member of the technical support team. Prior to joining Jaguar Dan travelled as a member of a support and integration team for a global food manufacturing company. During his tenure there he supported sites in the Americas from Brazil to Canada, and spent time as the Asia – Pacific point of contact. Dan has extensive experience in first contact support, business systems and WAN support.
