Chikku Cheriyan

Senior Support Engineer at Jahia

Chikku Cheriyan began their work experience at Infosys in 2009, where they underwent training for J2EE and worked as a Systems Engineer. Chikku was responsible for web development, e-commerce development, and support and maintenance of an order management system. Chikku also developed codes for different delivery methods. In 2011, Chikku was promoted to Senior Systems Engineer before leaving Infosys in 2012. Chikku then joined IBM Canada in 2014 as a Technical Support Analyst for a year. In 2016, Chikku joined Jahia Solutions as a Senior Support Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Chikku Cheriyan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Karunya University between 2005 and 2009. After that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Ottawa from 2013 to 2015.
