Philippe Vollenweider

Senior Support Engineer at Jahia

Philippe Vollenweider has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Philippe started their career in 1993 with a stage at Charmilles Technologies in R&D. Philippe then worked as a web developer at the International Labour Organization and later at Xo3 SA, where they were also involved in web development and the integration of systems with Jahia. In 2000, they joined Nomades Advanced Technologies as a Sysadmin.

In 2006, Vollenweider co-founded the association La Comète, where they served as the President. Philippe was responsible for developing an internal shared database to handle members and donors.

From 1997 to 2021, Vollenweider worked at Casa Alianza Suisse, where they held the position of President.

In 2000, they also started working at Paléo Arts & Spectacles as the Resp adj Technique Scènes. Philippe held this role until 2018.

In 2009, Vollenweider joined Wicorde as a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer.

Finally, they joined Jahia Solutions in 2001 as a Senior Technical Consultant. Philippe later took on the role of Director of Online Experience, where they worked on complex integrations and the development and improvement of various Jahia modules. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Support Engineer.

Philippe Vollenweider attended the University of Geneva from 1998 to 2001, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they studied Microtechnique at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Philippe'searlier education was completed at College Claparède from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a scientific Maturité degree.
