Mohamed Khalil is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as the Reception Manager at Jaidah Group since December 2022, overseeing reception for brands such as Chevrolet, Hyundai, Genesis, and Geely. Prior to this role, Khalil worked at Skyline Automotive - Qatar from November 2016 to January 2023, holding positions including Service Center Supervisor, Genesis Reception Supervisor, and Genesis Senior Service Advisor. Khalil's earlier experience includes acting as the Reception Section Head at Ghabbour Auto from October 2014 to October 2016, where responsibilities included handling customer complaints and facilitating communication between service advisors and management, and serving as a Service Advisor, ensuring customer concerns were addressed effectively. Khalil began their career at Al Aksa as a Service Advisor from August 2011 to August 2014. Khalil holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Helwan University Cairo, obtained between 2004 and 2011.
