Noah Goldberg

Noah Goldberg currently serves as the Global General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Jain Global LLC, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Noah held prominent legal positions at Citadel as Managing Director and Senior Deputy General Counsel from November 2007 to October 2023, and at Goldman Sachs as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from December 2004 to November 2007. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Ivy Asset Management and as an Associate at Fried Frank. Noah Goldberg earned a JD from Cardozo School of Law from 1998 to 2001, a BA from The Johns Hopkins University from 1993 to 1997, and completed secondary education at The Dalton School from 1989 to 1993.
