Mark Thatcher currently serves as the Head of APAC Risk at Jain Global LLC, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Mark was the Head of Prime Services Risk for Asia at Goldman Sachs from July 2014 to April 2024. Mark also held significant positions at BNP Paribas as Head of Prime Services Risk APAC, and at Nomura as Executive Director overseeing Prime Brokerage risk. Earlier experience includes working as Vice President in Prime Brokerage Risk at Lehman and as a Manager at PwC in the Audit and Corporate Finance divisions. Mark Thatcher earned a BA in Accounting and Law from The University of Manchester, following education at Bristol Grammar School.
