Simon Seah

Simon Seah is an experienced finance professional specializing in risk management and capital allocation. Currently serving as Head of Risk for APAC at Tower Research Capital since September 2022, Simon oversees risk and portfolio financing. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of COO and Head of Risk for APAC at Flow Traders from December 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included ETF market making and firm-wide risk management. Simon's earlier experience includes serving as SVP of FICC Market & Liquidity Risk at ANZ, where engagement with major regulatory bodies in China was a key responsibility. Simon began their career with roles in oil trading at Glencore and in equity derivatives trading and structuring at ANZ. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
