Head of Growth at Jaja Finance

Adam Terrington's work experience begins in 2009, where they had a work experience role at Cabot Square Capital. Here, they conducted research for a hotel investment project in Florence, Italy.

Adam also worked in the Distribution and Development department, creating customer propositions for major distribution partners.

From 2017 to 2020, Adam worked at NewDay. Adam initially served as a Senior Manager in the Partnerships Channel Development team, focusing on generating new business sales through distribution partners. Adam then moved on to become a Senior Manager in Core Marketing Partnership, where they helped improve customer loyalty and engagement through retail credit solutions.

Adam is currently employed at Jaja Finance, where they started in 2020. Adam initially served as the Co-Brand Partnership Lead, responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new customer acquisition strategies. Adam then moved on to become the Head of Growth, leading end-to-end business development for new partnerships.

Adam Terrington attended Ewell Castle School from 1996 to 2008, where they obtained their GCSEs. Adam later enrolled at the University of Kent from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, Adam Terrington holds a certification as a Certified Chartered Insurance Institute (Cert CII Qualified), although the specific date of completion is unknown.
