Adrian Rushton

Adrian Rushton is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Jaja Finance since April 2021, Rushton previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at PayPal for a year. Prior to this, Rushton was the Group Legal & Acquisitions Director at Radius Payment Solutions Limited, advising on legal, regulatory, and M&A affairs across Europe, Asia, and the US. Rushton has also served as a Partner at Knights plc, leading the Corporate & Banking division and supporting significant business leaders in the Midlands and North West, and gained experience as an Associate at Gowling WLG and as a Trainee Solicitor at Knights plc.
