Margherita Carusi

Margherita Carusi is an accomplished HR Integration Manager at JAKALA, responsible for the integration of HR processes during organizational changes. With a strong background in business networking and portfolio management at Cariplo Factory, Margherita oversees thematic areas such as urban digital tech and fintech within the MIND ecosystem. As a member of the First District Council of the City of Milan, Margherita leads the Culture, Commerce, Innovation, and Digitalization Commission. Additionally, Margherita co-founded Officine Italia, driving public policy and social change initiatives.
