Halion Effendi was appointed as GM Operations at the Head Office in 2006. He started his career at the Engineering Department, PT Skyline Building in 1988.
He developed competence in property management through his duties as GM Sky Garden Tower and Property Manager at Wisma Standard Chartered Bank.
He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Indonesia, Jakarta.
