Bob Gregg is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse portfolio in the restaurant and service industries. Currently, Bob owns Jake's Old Fashioned Burgers & Beer since April 2021, operates as a franchisee for Floyd's 99 Barbershop and Slim Chickens, and serves as a founding partner at MAD Concepts Group, focusing on real estate and business development. Previously, Bob held various leadership positions at Potbelly Sandwich Works, including Market Manager and Director of Operations Services, where significant growth and operational improvements were achieved. Bob graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1999.
