Lynn Whelan

Lynn Whelan is an experienced Senior Paralegal with a strong background in intellectual property. Currently serving at Jakks Pacific since July 2022, Lynn previously worked at Red Bull and Mattel, holding senior paralegal positions focused on intellectual property from November 2015 to July 2022 and December 2004 to July 2015, respectively. Lynn's career also includes roles at several law firms and companies, such as Greenberg Glusker and Guess, where intellectual property expertise was cultivated. Lynn began the professional journey as a Paralegal at Treacy Grossman & Sullivan after earning a BA in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Roosevelt University.
