Samantha Chan

Samantha Chan has a strong background in internal audit and finance. Samantha currently holds the position of Director of Internal Audit at Jakks Pacific. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Controls and Process Improvement at The HydraFacial Company from December 2020 to October 2022. From September 2019 to December 2020, Samantha was the Head of Internal Audit at Beyond Meat. Before that, they worked at Mattel, Inc. in various audit roles, including Manager of Internal Audit in the Americas and Asia, as well as Senior Auditor. Samantha started their career at PwC, where they worked as an Assurance Associate - Senior Associate. Samantha also gained experience as an Audit Intern at PwC and as a Finance Intern at Readypac Produce.

Samantha Chan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 2011. In 2014, they also acquired a CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
