Monika Pathania

Monika Pathania is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in corporate human resources. Currently serving as Corporate HR at Jakson Group since January 2023, Monika previously held the role of Corporate HRBP at Wings Pharmaceuticals from August 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Corporate HR at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. from June 2018 to August 2022 and a summer internship in Human Resources at The Lemon Tree Hotels in May 2017. Monika holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development, completed in 2018, and a Master of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Punjabi University.
